We have had a very busy couple of days! We have been on vacation for the past 11 days. It all started when Landri and I decided to go with Ryan to his tennis match in Louisville, KY. We drove there and stayed for 3 days in the Horseshoe Hotel. It was a very interesting trip with a 9 week old baby. We had a good time and I am very glad that we went because Ryan's team won every match. They are now headed to Alabama at the end of the month. Sad to say, Landri and I will be staying home this time! Ryan finished playing tennis on Sunday evening and we flew out of Louisville on Monday morning. I was VERY nervous flying with Landri for the first time. I was so worried that she was going to cry on the plane and I was going to be "the women with the screaming baby." Well...she did begin the flight screaming and I felt people staring at me. Ryan just kept telling me to stay clam and it would be okay. He was right!! She finally settled down and slept the entire flight. We finally made it to Hilton Head and Landri's first airplane ride was over! She was a complete angle on the plane! :) We had a great week at the beach! Landri turned 10 weeks old while we were there and it was like a lightbulb clicked in her head. She became the best baby! She started to smile at everything, coo and even sleep through the night! We all had a great much needed vacation!
